Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Users can create accounts to read content, follow analysts, or become analysts themselves by enabling monetization features (e.g., posting subscriber-only content and receiving payments).

3. Analyst Content and Subscriptions

Analysts may post free or paid content. Subscribers pay a monthly fee (currently $5) to access paid content from selected analysts.

• Content may include text, charts, or other financial information.
• The platform is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user-generated content.

4. Earnings and Payouts

We use Stripe Connect to facilitate payments. By becoming an analyst, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

• 50% of each subscriber payment ($2.50 per $5) is allocated to the analyst.
• Earnings are tracked and displayed within your dashboard.
• You may request a payout once your balance reaches a minimum of $20.
• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on your earnings.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled.
• We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create and post, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content via the Service.

We do not claim ownership over your financial analyses, but we may use anonymized or aggregated data for product improvement or promotional purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or illegal content
• Provide financial advice without proper licensing (where required)
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

• No Investment Advice: Content on this platform is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to buy/sell securities.
• We make no warranties regarding the reliability or accuracy of user-submitted content.
• You use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to such processing.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may also delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless local law requires otherwise.

If you are an EU resident, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of your country's consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email or through the platform when material changes occur.

Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
